Professor Sutton explores the idea of teaching American Indian Law as part of a course on constitutional law. She points out the impact of Native American concerns on the writing of the Constitution and constitutional jurisprudence and how to teach constitutional concepts such as the Commerce Power with Native American interactions with the federal government.
