Creditors' Rights in Texas Second Edition Volume I: Chapters 3 & 4

Abstract

Professor Krahmer has contributed to the first volume of the second edition of Creditor’s Rights in Texas by writing both Chapters 3 and 4. Chapter 3: Commercial Paper Under Article 3 of the Uniform Commercial Code provides a detailed account of negotiability, holding in due course, and the liability of parties. Chapter 4: Bank Deposits and Collections Under Article 4 of the Uniform Commercial Code discusses the status and responsibilities of collecting banks, the responsibilities of payor banks in dealing with items presented for payment, and the relationship between a payor bank and its customer.
