Title: The You Bet Metaphorical Reconstructionalist School

Abstract: This is a dialogue between “Fred” and “Bill” that typifies the deeper insights of The You Bet Metaphorical Reconstructionalist School (YBMRS). The YBMRS is a response to the Critical Legal Studies movement. The dialogue was inspired by Roll Over Beethoven, an article appearing in the 1984 edition of the Stanford Law Review. Roll Over Beethoven was authored by the founder of the Critical Legal Studies movement, Duncan Kennedy. Professor Casto provides a brief introduction to this dialogue, explaining the background of the work. The dialogue between “Fred” and “Bill” follows.
