Abstract

Professor Lee has written Chapter 6 of Creditor’s Rights in Texas, Second Edition, Volume 1. Chapter 6, entitled Secured Transactions, provides an overview of the basic principles of article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code with brief explanations and commentaries. A few non-Texas cases have been included in this commentary, but most attention is given to Texas cases.
