Abstract: Chapter K of the book, Texas Environmental Law, provides a study of various jurisdictional and procedural issues related to environmental litigation. The chapter then turns to procedural issues including standing, class actions, sovereign immunity, and preemption. The chapter contains a brief discussion of attorney fee issues and state legislative reforms. The appendix of the book includes selected legislative texts.
