dc.description.abstract This article discusses the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s interpretation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 in regards to whether required employee medical examinations are allowed during various stages of employment. The article concludes with the assertion that the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission should change its stance on employee medical examinations to allow employers the flexibility needed to protect of their employees. en_US
