dc.description.abstract From the literally hundreds of decisions that have been handed down in the real property area by Texas courts in the past year, only the most significant are included in this survey. The decisions selected for discussion are representative of what the Texas courts have been doing in this field. Specific areas included are: I. Mechanics' and Materialmen's Liens II. Attorney's Fees as Claims for Labor Done and Materials Furnished III. Land Development and Contracts of Sale IV. Notes and Deeds of Trust V. Homestead VI. Usury The cases are discussed in no particular order; however, within each area, supreme court cases generally appear first. en_US
