Abstract

This Article summarizes developments during the 1986 Survey period in Texas commercial law and related subjects affecting commercial practice. In general, 1986 was an active year in commercial law, especially in the area of banking litigation. For ease of reference, this Article follows the organization of the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in Texas and codified in the Texas Business & Commerce Code (the Code).
