Commercial Transactions

Abstract

This Article discusses case developments in the Texas law of commercial transactions that were reported during the 1982 survey period. In addition, for the convenience of those who regularly practice in the area of commercial law, recent publications of special interest are collected in the accompanying footnote. 1982 produced no legislative developments to report in this Article. The organization of this Article follows the topical outline of the Uniform Commercial Code.
